Bug fixes and minor cleanup.
gem install watir
- Fix text areas bugs.
- Fix warning messages caused by redefined constants.
- Break out watir.rb into multiple files.
- Fix WTR-90 error when running tests when installing gem.
- Fix tests.
- Update documentation.
