When I try to open the WET-UI , I get the InvalidCastException and the ScriptAssistant does not open .

Comment:

This is because of some of the stale IE process running in the background of the system.

WorkAround::

1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
2) Switch to Windows Task Manager
3) Stop the stale IE process running on it .
and then try to open the WET-UI .
