Known Issues

 1. To perform operations on the web objects

Expected: You must right-click on the web objects in the proxy UI.

Actual: You can do either a right-click or a left-click on the web objects in the proxy UI to perform operations.

 2.When you right-click on the WET Rpc Manager on the system tray and select exit, a Warning dialog box appears on the screen where you can select Yes or No. When you click No

Expected: The WET Rpc Manager icon must continue to appear on the system tray and the Rpc server must continue to be up and running.

Actual: The WET Rpc Manager icon disappears from the system tray.

 3.While testing on the WebLink in the location given below:

D:\workarea\main\internal\testcases\testdata\html\WebLinkTest.html

Click performed on the "Navigate" link gives an error(Unhandled exception) as shown below:

 4.While testing on the FileUpload in the location given below:

D:\workarea\main\internal\testcases\testdata\html\fileupload.html

When you set a valid path to upload a file, from the Browse button

Expected: The set path must appear in the text field besides the Browse button

Actual:The set path neither appears in the proxy UI nor in the IE.

 5. While an existing test definition is open, you try to open a new test definition by selecting New from the File menu

Expected:If you have not made any changes to the existing test definition file, the new test definition should be opened.

Actual:The Save window pops-up giving you an option to the save the test definition.

 6.When you select Launch Browser from the Test menu, Launch Browser window pops-up. When you enter the required url in the text feild and click Go

Expected:The required web page is opened in the new IE window and synchronously in the proxy UI.

Actual:Launch Browser window disappears without navigating to the required url(at times).

 7.Set_Without_Blocking neither update the text field in the proxy UI nor in the IE when performed for the first time. However, it gets updated in the subsequent attempts.

 8.Clear_Without_Blocking neither clears the textfield in the proxy UI nor in the IE when performed for the first time. However, it gets cleared in the subsequent attempts.

 9. Click performed on the links for a few web pages does not open the linked web page even at the subsequent attempts.

 10. When you try to open the Frames_with_controls.html in the UI, an Error Form pops-up displaying the error message as shown below:

 11. When you click on the Fire_event in any of the HTML pages through the proxy UI, an unhandled exception pops up.
