"Selenese" format that can be used in Selenium on Rails.
This is a simple Wiki-like format.

The output of this format looks like this:

Also RSelenese format is available. You cannot play the test within Selenium IDE in this format. But it should be useful for recording tests, and also it can be used to convert the test written in Selenese to RSelenese.
