What is Bromine?

Bromine is a web-based application to collect test results from selenium core and selenium remote control.
It works by using the postResults for core and by grabbing the results from the RC server at the driver level.

More than that it's a fully fledged QA tool with selenium as the testing tool.

It provides project management, demand specification, testcase creation, a defect tracking system as well as user management.

It's lofty aims is to be the open source alternative to tools such as Mercury Quality Center.

Bromine also substantially eases the process of creating, maintaining and running selenium RC tests. The tests are created with the custom Selenium IDE format and uploaded to Bromine. The test can then be run on testmachines (we refer to them as nodes) which are configured in Bromine.
